Does Gopuff store my Personal Information?

Our Privacy Notice contains details about how we collect, use, and share Personal Information that we obtain from and about you when you interact with us on our website, via our mobile app, via email, and through other online and offline interactions. Is there an order minimum?

Yes - there is a $25 minimum when placing an order through the Gopuff for Business website.

How do I receive free delivery?

Delivery fees will be waived at checkout for all orders placed through the Gopuff for Business website.

How do I receive my 20% discount?

A 20% discount will automatically be at checkout for any order over $100. The $100 threshold does not include delivery fees and/or tips. All Gopuff for Business customers will also receive free delivery.

What benefits do I receive for being a Gopuff for Business customer?

Gopuff for Business customers receive a free membership to Gopuff FAM. FAM members receive exclusive benefits and rewards such as free delivery and waived regulated product fees.

I requested a refund. When can I expect my refund to go through?

Orders processed with a credit card will be posted within 3 to 5 business days, so you should expect a full refund by then. 

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order anytime before packing begins by using the live chat support widget found on the order confirmation page or by visiting help.gopuff.com.

How will I know when my order is arriving?

You can track the status of your order on the order confirmation page. You will also receive a call and a text message from the delivery partner within 5 minutes of your order arriving.
